Cakewalk says they rewrote Sonar 8 from scratch, I say it's a lie! All the same bugs that were present in Sonar 7 are still there in this version! Man, am I glad i didn't go out spend money on this one.

I know you only found it, I a new at posting period. I was just asking why did it come to a halt for but I think it could be a number of reasons including people got what they wanted and not very many people saw it when it was there for a whole two days and now its gone. Bascally no one let it seed. Oh well just have to wait. and that crack only works on 32 bit.

if you did stick it back in your saved file and turn lime wire back on and let it grow on the internet for a while. Unless you dont have the original izm file or what ever it was right when it finished downloading. thanks.

oh shit that was to early, the Installation works great, but the prog itself is broken somehow ( maybe because of the ripping of some prog-parts )
so you can only use 44khz 16 bit Audio, like in the Dark Ages ... it crashes at 24 Bit 96khz or 196khz.
So if you have onboard-Sound or a Soundblaster etc. you can use it, but if you have Professional Audio-Hardware you should use Sonar 7.

I hope someone comes out with a new patch or version of this because the patch doesn't work for me, but I have Vista Home Prem x64 bit!! I even tried to use the patch, installing under 32-bit and it doesn't work. I'm sad to fucking say that I wasted my time thus far and pissed as shit cause I was looking for this software to work. Does this have to be burned onto a disc? I was able to use UltraISO to get the program to work right off my pc without burn! Could that be the problem?

mount to Ultra ISO(virtual drive (G)) follow the inst.
im running windows vista ultimate x84 works like a charm 100%.. u can burn also to imgburn or ultra iso.. thanks to macca63.... ive been waiting for this.. best DAW ever

I did burning the file and found out that it didn't work. I'm crossing my fingers for a 64bit crack or serial...praying for a miracle here

Im sad! I've followed the instructions and it won't let me install. After I hit Patch, it still gives me the "wrong serial" error. I've ran a burned disc, I've mount UltraISO drive and ran the app that way. I've tried to install 32-bit and both 64 bit...the patch doesn't work...so how did you get it to work, yngweins?

the registration number does not work. after loading the program after all the updates you have to register the program. the one included in one of the updates is bad. please help, i want this to work.

However, I dunno if anyone else has the same problem, BeatScape and Dimension Pro don't seem to be there. I did a full installation twice and... nothing. Anyone else confirms this?

the new sonar 32 and 64 bit can be downloaded by using grabit and search sonar 8.
included the right serial etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have it already!

It is working! you can download sonar 8 full edition working for 32 and 64 bit using grabit en search for sonar 8! it had also included the serial numbers! No crack needed by install!!!
I did the same and download it to my comp.
